Pengaruh Paritas Dan Perilaku Imd Dengan Involusi Uteri Pada Ibu Postpartum Di Rsud Panembahan Senopati Bantul

Abstract
Penyebab kematian ibu melahirkan diseluruh dunia diakibatkan komplikasi selama kehamilan serta persalinan. Salah satu faktor yang dapat menurunkan angka kematian ibu yaitu diterapkan perilaku IMD pada ibu postpartum. IMD akan membantu proses involusi uteri sehingga mengurangi kejadian perdarahan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah diketahuinya Hubungan Perilaku IMD dan Paritas Dengan Involusi Uteri Pada Ibu Postpartum Di RSUD Panembahan Senopati Bantul. Penelitian analitik dengan desain cross sectional. Teknik sampling yang digunakan yaitu accidental sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 70 responden. Analisa bivariat menggunakan Fisher’s Exact Test dengan taraf signifikan 0,05. Mayoritas responden yang dilakukan IMD 57,1% dan mengalami penurunan tinggi fundus uteri yang normal 95,7%. Hasil uji Fisher’s Exact Test p-value = 0,608 (>0,05). Mayoritas responden dengan paritas multipara 46% dengan p-value = 0,289 (>0,05). Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah tidak ada hubungan antara perilaku IMD dan paritas dengan involusi uteri pada ibu postpartum di RSUD Panembahan Senopati Bantul.
