Riwayat Penyakit Cerebrovaskuler Terhadap Ankle Brachial Indeks Pada Pasien Hemodialisis

Abstract
Gagal ginjal kronis merupakan alasan tersering tindakan hemodialisis. Ginjal pada pasien ini sudah tidak dapat bekerja secara normal. Nefron pada pasien gagal ginjal kronis telah kehilangan fungsi filtrasinya minimal 70% di bawah normal. Penyebab gagal ginjal sendiri dapat berasal dari berbagai gangguan seperti penyakit hipertensi, penyakit metabolik seperti diabetes mellitus, maupun penyakit generative yang terjadi pada system regulasi tubuh yaitu gangguan cerebrovaskuler. Gangguan cerebrovaskuler mungkin tidak menjadi penyebab utama gagal ginjal kronis, namun cerebrovaskuler memiliki peran utama dalam regulasi untuk menjaga homeostatis tubuh. Peran regulasi tersebut salah satunya dapat dilihat dari situasi peredaran darah manusia melalui pengukuran nilai ankle brachial indeks. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat riwayat penyakit cerebrovaskuler terhadap nilai ankle brachial indeks. Jumlah sample pada penelitian ini adalah 135 pasien hemodialisis, dengan memperhatikan kriteria pengambilan sampel. Analisa data pada penelitian ini menggunakan chi square, dengan nilai p adalah 0,000. Hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat hubungan antara riwayat penyakit cerebrovaskuler terhadap ankle brachial indeks.
