Analisis Faktor Yang Berhubungan Dengan Kejadian Needle Stick Injury Di Ruang Instalasi Gawat Darurat Dan Ruang Intensive Care RSUD Pasar Rebo Jakarta

Abstract


Needle Stick Injury (NSI) adalah salah satu kecelakaan kerja utama yang dilami oleh perawat di rumah sakit. Kondisi ini dapat menyebabkan penyakit infeksius seperti HBV  (Hepatitis  B),  HCV,(Hepatitis  C)  dan  HIV  (Human  Immunodeficiency Virus). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan kejadian NSI di RSUD Pasar Rebo. Desain penelitian menggunakan descriptive analytic dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Populasi terdiri dari seluruh perawat di ruang IGD, ICU, ICCU, HCU. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan total sampling, sampel berjumlah 100 responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya hubungan antara tingkat pendidikan (p=0,003), pengalaman kerja (p=0,000), pelatihan APD (p=0,004), recapping needle (p=0,003), sikap (p=0,003), suasana hati (p=0,003), kelelahan kerja (p=0,004) dengan kejadian NSI. Kelelahan kerja merupakan faktor dominan yang dapat meningkatkan kejadian NSI. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan perlunya diadakan pelatihan APD untuk mencegah NSI dan menghindari adanya double shift dan overtime yang tidak diperlukan untuk menghindari kelelahan kerja pada perawat
