Hubungan Antara Dukungan Sosial Dan Depresi Dengan Self Efficacy Dalam Mematuhi Pengobatan Antiretroviral Therapy Pada Pasien HIV/AIDS

Abstract


Salah satu faktor psikologis penting yang mempengaruhi kepatuhan berobat pasien HIV/AIDS adalah self efficacy. Penelitian sebelumnya menemukan bahwa depressi dan dukungan sosial berhubungan dengan kepatuhan berobat pasien HIV/AIDS. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara depressi dan dukungan sosial dengan self efficacy dalam mematuhi pengobatan pada pasien HIV/AIDS. Metode penelitian observasional analitik dengan desain cross sectional dan besar sampel 64 orang. Penelitian ini dilakukan di RSUP Dr.Sardjito Yogyakarta. Depressi diukur dengan Beck Depression Inventory, dukungan sosial diukur dengan SSQ-6, dan self efficacy dalam mematuhi ART diukur dengan HIV-ASES. Uji Chi Square dilakukan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara depressi dan dukungan sosial dengan self efficacy. Sebanyak 64 pasien HIV/AIDS berpartisipasi dalam penelitian ini. 40,6% pasien memiliki self efficacy yang rendah. 50% pasien mengalami depressi (40,6% depressi ringan dan 9,6% depressi sedang) dan 54,7% pasien mendapatkan dukungan sosial rendah. Dalam analisis bivariat, depressi dan dukungan sosial berhubungan signifikan dengan self efficacy (p<0,05). Kesimpulan : Depressi dan dukungan sosial berhubungan signifikan dengan self efficacy pasien HIV/AIDS dalam mematuhi kepatuhan pengobatan.
